Never assume that your maid knows where to plug the dryer in.

When you smell that familiar 'fishy' pong wafting through an area, do not assume that others will also recognise the smell of a burning plug.

When you identify the location of the smell, remove the plug yourself. DO NOT, and I repeat, do not ask the maid to unplug it and wait for your return to assess the situation.

Otherwise your maid might do as mine did, and wait for it to cool down and then restart the dryer (yeh, like we beat her if she does not get the sheets dried...hawhaw).

Luckily I arrived in the nick of time.
